The Autódromo Internacional Nelson Piquet at Jacarepaguá, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, hosted the Brazilian Grand Prix in 1978 and through most of the 1980s before the race returned to Interlagos; the site was later redeveloped for the 2016 Olympics.
