The Montjuïc circuit was a street circuit laid out on Montjuïc hill in Barcelona, Spain, hosting the Spanish Grand Prix in 1969, 1971, 1973 and 1975. Its anticlockwise layout mixed a slow half with a very fast half. The 1975 race, held despite driver protests over guardrail safety, ended after Rolf Stommelen's car crashed into the crowd, and Formula 1 never returned.
